You can cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting our customer service team via email at irepairservice987@gmail.com or by calling 7300012440 .
There are no cancellation fees if the order is cancelled before shipment.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can request a return after delivery, as per our Return Policy.
2. Refunds
Refunds are issued in the following situations:
If your order is cancelled before shipping.
If the delivered product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
If the product you ordered is out of stock after payment is made.
Refund Process:
Once your refund is approved, prepaid order refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, based on your preference.
Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping fees and COD charges are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to an error from our side (e.g., wrong or damaged item sent).
